DO YOU DESIGN LOGOS? - band logos...not really. unless something special is needed. that kind of typography is not my area. CONCERNING CD RELEASES, DO YOU DO THE WHOLE CD PACKAGE READY FOR THE PRINTER? - i can do that. i do whole lay-out if i get relly clear specs from your printer + your material in advance. illustrations, pictures, paintings are priority. and i don't do typography / lay-out stuff unless i do the cover also (unless I get paid per hour in that case) - first of all i'm a cover illustrator/painter. CONCERNING CD RELEASES, WHY SHOULD WE USE YOUR ART? WHAT KIND OF COVERS HAVE YOU DONE EARLIER? You see my style from my website. I provide art from old horror to avantgarde. If you do not like it, I can recommend some other artists (ask for a list). If you like it, then get in touch. WHAT DO YOU CHARGE? - if you are not serious with your project, don't bother. if you are: all fees depend on the project in question. ask - depends on your budget + is negotiable. less than you would think. DO I GET THE ORIGINAL PAINTING? - not automatically. i sell printing rights. (and sometimes - not often - the original is digitally modified, so it exists only as a file). however the original painting can be bought separately if you want. of course if you are not ordering a painting for a commercial release, but a painting to hang up on your wall, that's a different issue, then we make a deal only about the original, not printing rights. DO YOU SELL THE SAME ILLUSTRATION FOR OTHER BANDS ETC.? - no. not when i sell customer the printing rights. but i still remain artists' print sales rights (i can use the art to promote my art on my personal projects, but not anywhere else...unless we agree otherwise). but if you just buy an original painting (not to be released) to decorate your home, i can sell printing rights to someone else. you bought the original - not rights to re-produce the image on a commercial release. HOW DO WE START WORKING? - get in touch. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS? - agreed fee must be paid right away when art is finished and approved. if commercial release : some copies of the product and related promo material must be received after release, credit for art must be printed in the release.
